New Student Enrollment and Annual Student Information Verification
Thank you for your interest in joining the Fond du Lac School District!
We are excited to share that we have a revised new student enrollment process! If you are a resident of the Fond du Lac School District and have a child who is new or re-entering the district after being enrolled elsewhere, please click on the button for your grade level below.
To complete this process, please visit your child’s prospective school. To determine which school your child will attend, click here to view the District Boundary Maps.
Annual Student Information Verification
The Fond du Lac School District conducts Annual Student Information Verification (ASIV) online for our continuing K-12 students to simplify the process and make it more convenient for parents/caregivers. This process occurs in the summer to prepare for the upcoming school year, but new 4K students do not need to do this.
In-person assistance is also available at our district administration building. For the 2024-25 school year assistance will be available on August 6 from 8a-3p, August 7 from Noon-6p and August 8 from 8a-3p for ASIV help.
